1. First of all while running weight loss     
    compaign , you should regularly check
    the conversion speed of food you daily 
    eat.
    It can help to reduce your calories 
    and your weight will be controlled    
    automatically.

2. Daily meditation works fine enough and exercise     
    daily to burn calories.
    *Daily exercise should be disciplined*

3. Excessive weight gain or loss can cause your    
    body unbalance. So,its very     
    important to balance your body,
    Meditation also works fine here.

4. Biggest threat or obstacle is the addiction towards     
    oily food , salted food which is also bad for 
    stomach as well as for face & heart.

5. Eat fresh vegetables & fruits and try to keep    
    your stress away.

6. Fall for yourself and make a straight     
    mindset to loose weight 
    and make it effective.


7. At last something that is more     
    important give time for it ,
    Do exercise daily ,Do meditation daily.

             1. Drink water daily.
             2. Don't drink cold water directly.
             3. Always drink water after having meal.
